You can delete your Booji account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Booji app:

Open Booji and go to the Settings screen.

Under Account Security, tap Account & Devices.

Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, send us a request from the email address linked to your account:
Email: admin@whiletrue.ai
Use the subject line "Delete my Booji account." We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, avatar, and account details).
- Your moods, anniversaries, and streak data.
- Your connection to your partner.
- Your messages, which are immediately made inaccessible to your partner and then permanently erased.
Data we may keep
Messages are permanently erased no later than 12 months after they are sent. We may retain specific records longer only where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
